Apartamento en muy buenas condiciones, tal cual se ve en el anuncio. Muy importante que cuenta con plaza de garaje. Muy cercano a la playa y a la zona de ocio pero en un área tranquila y sin ruidos. Tanto Claudio como Azul respondieron a todas nuestras dudas. Muy buena experiencia.

Comfortable specious home stay, next to old town,with great restaurants and fun. Yolanda the owner recommended great restaurants nearby. Garage parking 3 minute walk from the house. Yolanda provided the park card for free access to convenient parking. A precaution: try the card right away to ensue it works. The apartment is located at 2nd floor, on the lstair up, I noticed an interesting framed painting on the right, then hit the low ceiling at my head, a couple of times, reminding me of the kiss lanes in Seville old town. Yolandais very kind and helped us out whenever she can. Highly recommended

Todo muy ordenado y limpio. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, una zona tranquila, cerquita de la playa, de los restaurantes y supermercados y a buena ubicación de Cádiz en coche. También aparcamiento en la puerta. Todo genial!

Exactly as pictured. More spacious than I expected. We had one night while waiting for the ferry and this was perfect. We parked at ferry station, which made our early morning easier. Sofa bed was made up and waiting as we had 4 people. Kitchen seemed well stocked, though we didn’t use it. Balcony views were impressive!

This apartment is better than the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the beach, sunset and North Africa. It is close enough to all the bars and restaurants and has a great picture window looking right down the beach. We arrived early. Jenny gave us a look around and the keys so we could check in when the apartment was ready. We had an amazing few days staying here. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Estuve con una amiga y buscábamos un apartamento cerca de la playa y que estuviera también cerca de la zona de restaurantes y bares el apartamento es perfecto para ello. su ubicación es céntrica y no se tardan más de 5 min a la playa. Respecto a Francisco, el anfitrión, se mostró flexible con la hora de salida y nos permitió salir más tarde de la hora establecida. Además se mostró atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda un lugar recomendable al que volver.

Dieses schöne Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom tollen Strand entfernt. Genau die richtige Entfernung um den Trubel und das Treiben am Surfer-Strand auszublenden, aber bei Gelegenheit daran teil zu nehmen. Das Haus hat einen sehr schön angelegten Garten, einen sehr großzügigen Pool-Bereich, den wir im März 2025 nur wenige Male zum Sonnenbaden nutzen konnten und 2 Dachterrassen, beide mit Meerblick und perfekt für die Sundowner-Zeit, bei entsprechendem Wetter. Der Garten ist vollständig umschlossen und somit auch absolut hundefreundlich. Ein Stellplatz innerhalb des Grundstücks sorgt für gute Sicherheit beim parken eines Fahrzeugs. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Ambiente und Ausstattung, 3 WC's, 2 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer, perfektes WLAN, alles sehr gut. Ein Traumurlaub. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beim SPAR zu Fuß oder eben in Conil de la Frontera. Essen und Trinken vor Ort jederzeit. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We had a great stay. The house is in a nice quiet location, close to the beach and also easy to walk into town. Would recommend.

Casa muy limpia y bien ubicada, con pequeño jardín, perfecto para ir con una mascota. Mobiliario básico, como en las fotos. José estaba siempre atento a cualquier pregunta y la llegada fue muy fácil.

Casa Genial, ideal para disfrutar de El Palmar y sus alrededores….. y de la Casa y sus instalaciones!!!!!!! Muy buena experiencia y mucha amabilidad por parte del anfitrión. Sin que duda repetiremos!!!!!

El alojamiento es fantástico para descansar y desconectar de la rutina ,muy recomendable para dar paseos hasta la playa . hemos estado en familia muy a gusto!!!

Excelente alojamiento a 10 minutos andando a la playa de El Palmar, piscina, barbacoa y aparcamiento privados. A destacar los atardeceres en la zona y la amabilidad del hospedador. Con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, camas cómodas. Volveríamos sin pensarlo

Das kleine Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit der Klimaanlage ist es auch im Winter genügend heizbar. Der wunderschöne Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat für das Auto und die Fahrräder einen praktischen Carport. Sandra ist jederzeit erreichbar, gibt tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und fragt auch zwischendurch nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir können es jederzeit empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Pepi und ihr Mann erwarteten uns zur verabredeten Zeit und bereiteten uns einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Alles war schnell erklärt, alle benötigten Informationen haben wir erhalten. Das Apartment ist sehr funktional ausgestattet und sehr ruhig.Die kleine Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt.

Amazing place to stay if you like the quiet, but still in 10-15min you are in Tarifa. Great area to hike too, and you can leave directly from the property! Wolfgang was very friendly and we could check-in earlier as we had an appointment in Tarifa.

Siamo stati accolti molto calorosamente dai proprietari, la casetta ha tutto ciò di cui un ospite ha bisogno per un breve soggiorno. Il giardino è molto bello, curato con amore. Anche la piscina è molto ben tenuta.

Muy agradable y funcional. Para ser perfecto colocar faltaria incluir una lavadora. En verano tal vez un aparato aire acondicionado.

Bonito apartamento con todas las comodidades, estaba todo reluciente y Ana atenta en todo momento por si faltaba alguna cosa. 100% recomendable, si alguna vez estoy por la zona, no dudaré en repetir.

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Todo limpio y muy bonito. Está en un primer piso por lo que hay que subir dos tramos de escaleras para acceder a él. Totalmente recomendable.

Increíble la ubicación en la que se encuentra el apartamento!! Super cerca de la playa. Estaba todo muy limpio y el trato con Francisco fue increíble, cada duda o cosa que necesitábamos estaba ahí para resolverlas o ayudarnos. Un diez como anfitrión Ojalá poder siempre coincidir con personas así En nuestro caso íbamos con dos perritas y han estado genial porque tiene un patio trasero. Por cierto con vistas a la playa que es impresionante Lo recomiendo 100%
