Waterfront High-Rise Apt with Gorgeous Ocean View

This private one-bedroom apartment is equipped for vacation and staycation (internal tourism) of any length. Observe both the excitement & tranquility of Puerto Chico, and mouth of Villa Marina as boats pass. You’ll also have views of the mountains, Cayo Icacos, Seven Seas beach (6 min), colorful Las Casitas Village, and maybe even a manatee or sea turtle. Sunrises and sunsets are equally stunning. Location provides excellent ocean sounds, natural lighting and trade winds.

Ocean View Luxury Condo

My wife and I took great time to remodel our apt considering that we were sold on the High floor ocean view, the moonlight view at night, overlooking the marina, and beautiful mountains overlapping the ocean.Our balcony, off course, is our favorite location, where we hear the sound of the waves, the boats in and out of the marina,the manaties on the water, and the breathtaking winds on both sides of your apt.The apt is very romantic and family oriented at the same time.

Azul Marino is our spacious one bedroom overlooking the east coast of Puerto Rico. Located inside a 5 stars resort, you have a golf course, 2 pools, hot tubs and be near the main excursions of Puerto Rico. Be minutes away from the bioluminescent bay, take a catamaran to the islands and enjoy a entire day at the beach doing snorkeling or just relaxing. This apartment had a full size kitchen, enormous living room and a very confortable king size in the bedroom.

Our slice of paradise

Spacious studio apartment, located on the 22nd floor with stunning views of the East Coast Icacos and Palomino Islands. Unit has cooktop, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Kitchen is also equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery. The complex has a laundry area on ground floor with washer and dryer for a small fee. It also has a swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court and 24/7 security. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the breeze and relax.

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view, where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean overlooking Palomino Island, nestled next door to the El Conquistador Hotel. Located in walking distance of wonderful restaurants, the Bioluminescent bay tour and the seven seas beach area. 7th floor, quiet, secure building with 24/7 security guards.
