We enjoyed or stay. I loved the neighborhood, the different colors of the townhouses were great to see. This place was spacious, comfy, cozy, and laid back. Daniel gave specific and detailed instructions and we made sure to follow them. Finding the trash cans was kind of confusing even with the instructions only because we was afraid to place the trash in the wrong bin not knowing how the community would react. Even though Daniel's instructions were clear, we ended up asking one of the neighbors just to be sure that it was the right thing to do. We had fun in the house and was sure to respect the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place for so many reasons! SAFETY SECURITY ACCESSIBLE RELAXING! Thx so much Daniel for allowing us to stay. I loved Charlotte so much to the point that I have made it my decision to relocate there.

Both of my sons live in Charlotte, so I've done the airbnb thing a few times now whenever I visit. They always insist I try to find a place in the Elizabeth vicinity. This location does not disappoint. It's clean, safe, extremely walkable and convenient. Walked to pickup breakfast from Laurel Market and Starbucks. I enjoy walking these neighborhoods, Charlotte has so many that are mixtures of original architecture and modern rebuilds. This place retains all of it's original charm, with updates to make it liveable today. Spent most of my time when at the house sitting on the porch with morning coffee or a later-day cool beverage. I didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen is equipped for it. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was always prompt. This one's on my list to stay again whenever I'm in town.

Adam's place is a piece of jewel, we have loved the neighbourhood and the apartment too. If you want to see downtown you need a car, but the place offers parking places right in front of the door, so if you travel by car, it is just perfect.

Ken was extremely responsive and helped us understand the amenities before we even arrived. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay while in Charlotte for an Expo. My entire team had room to roam and some space to themselves, while having a great common area to hang out in in the evenings when we were on site. I will always choose airbnbs over hotels when I have the chance, and this is definitely one that will stay on my list of places to stay should I need to go back to Charlotte.

The the area near the location is under a revitalization. I’ve been to the area before and the area is taking a positive turn. This listing is a part of the revitalization. The host was responsive and very helpful. The space was just as seen on the app.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

After work I need my down time, and Mary's home is peaceful and quiet. Thank you!

Seyi is very welcoming and responsive. My daughter had a baby that was flown to Charlotte and in NICU and she’s always checking on us. My daughter loved Seyi and staying here.

Enjoyed my stay again. Great location + welcoming atmosphere. Again, I love the morning sunlight that comes into the room! Great way to start the day. Also love the private bathroom.

Clean house and host provided some nice amenities (shampoo, bath soap, towels). Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean as well as living areas of the house. Host was quick to respond to comments and questions. Definite 5 Star review!

What a beautiful townhouse!!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back in the summer! It was clean, the decor was lovely, it was fully equipped and definitely exceeded my expectations. The host is VERY responsive and helpful and I truly appreciated that! The location is great and i felt at home. My family and I were not ready to leave. A great place!

Very nice house and a quiet neighborhood. The house is within walking distance to couple of local small businesses (which I love to support). Walked every morning either to Enderly Coffee or Platform Coffee and Batch Maker. Easy to around to Uptown and Southend. Really appreciated Lauren working with me to move my things from one location to the other.

We had a great stay in Charlotte! Kim’s home was exactly as pictured. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was extremely clean and in a wonderful location. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlotte area!

Great, cozy place. Clean, nicely decorated. It worked perfect for our family. Couple things to know which may or may not be a big deal depending on who you’re traveling with…there is no door to the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Only a curtain. The temperature adjustment was a bit tricky. It seems there’s only one thermostat for both 1st and 2nd floor so we ended up too cold on 1st floor and just right on 2nd or vice versa! But was not a huge deal for us.

This town house is in the perfect location for visiting Charlotte! There are so many walkable activities, restaurants, bars, coffee- you name it. We were in town for a wedding and it was within a 10 minute drive/uber ride to all of the event locations and was really easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again when visiting!

This was a great spot to spend a few days in while in town. It’s located very close to Freedom park and a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. It had everything you need to feel right at home
