We are a SMOKE FREE, PET FREE house. We keep our house in a mint allergens free condition. Our luxurious 3BR 2.5BA home located near UNC Charlotte and CMC University, 15 mins from Uptown. 1 Master suite has a queen bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, garden tub, separate shower. 2nd BR has a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan. 3rd BR has 2 twins, closet, ceiling fan. Bonus room upstairs has a pull out sofa and TV. We DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING, PETS OR PARTIES AT THE HOUSE.

NEWLY RENOVATED, with brand-new furnishings. Studio efficiency with tranquil setting. Situated on our 10-acre property. Come and go as you please, studio has small kitchenette equipped w/refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Bed is FULL size and very comfortable. Coffee and tea with some spices provided. Full size shower in bath, with soap, etc. THIS UNIT IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS, maximum weight on bed is 400 pounds due to manufacturers recommendations.

Upstairs includes a bedroom with full bed, a loft that has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. Free internet, Pet friendly with a pet fee of $75 per pet.

**Our house is old and not well insulated, so it can be chilly in winter and warm in summer. Think of it as an indoor glamping experience! Please keep this in mind before booking. Step back in time in our vintage farmhouse, built in 1915. This charming and quaint retreat offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for those looking to unplug and unwind. While we don’t have a TV, we do offer WiFi in case you need to check in.
