Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago. Perfect for families or two couples looking for a local experience. This comfortable flat is located in a quiet, typical Andalusian patio. However, go straight out the door and you are in for a treat. Seville's oldest market is only a few steps from our apartment, a large outdoor square with tapas bars is a block away and the Cathedral is a leisurely 20-minute walk. The 2BR apartment has an equipped kitchen & baby accessories. Enjoy a private terrace with views of the nearby 13th century church.

CASA NIKAU Sevilla with outdoor jacuzzi in roof

Casa Nikau is a singular urban house with lots of art and green details. Independent house, privately accessible, recently renovated. Tower house distributed in three floors with a “Patio” that goes up from the ground floor to the rooftop. The “Patio” is a traditional Andalusian structure that organizes, ventilates, and illuminates the space. On the rooftop, the house has an amazing outdoor jacuzzi, plants and beautiful trees to feel the presence of nature while being in the heart of Seville.

Amazing penthouse with terraces in city center.

This AMAZING duplex apartment full of natural light is located in a PRIVILEGED LOCATION in the heart of historic district of Seville. This prime and quiet location has one of the best views of the neighborhood , facing a convent from the XVII century, as you can imagine, this UNIQUE atmosphere creates perfect place to relax and unwind after visiting vibrant Seville. It is as well the perfect "home base" to visit other cities in Andalusia. The apartment is located in a renovated house palace.

Apartamento con encanto en pleno centro de Sevilla, al lado de la emblemática Plaza de San Lorenzo. Situado en la primera planta de una casa típica y en una calle tranquila Consta de dos dormitorios, con camas de matrimonio, King Sice, cuarto de baño, cocina equipada con electrodomésticos y un salón comedor con grandes ventanales a la calle. La zona cuenta con numerosos bares y restaurantes donde disfrutar de la excelente gastronomia sevillana y la zona comercial a tan solo dos minutos.

Antes que nada,gracias por interesarte en reservar el alojamiento, y será un placer poder ser tu anfitrión. Magnifico loft reformado con un toque vintage y moderno, en clásica casa Sevillana. Situado en una de las zonas céntricas más cosmopolita y tradicional de la ciudad. A escasos metros se encuentra el mercado de abastos, donde poder degustar todo tipo de productos frescos del día. Bares, tabernas y bodegas rodean la zona, donde se podrá disfrutar del clásico tapeo sevillano.
