Willa znajduje się na przeciwko stoków Nosala , blisko gór i szlaków górskich. Zimą , aby pojeździć na nartach wystarczy przejść przez ulicę , a latem jest to spokojna okolica i świetne miejsce na "wypad w góry" . Oferujemy darmowy parking , ogródek przed domem, grilla. Dom został całkowicie odnowiony i oddany do użytku w grudniu 2023 roku. Do dyspozycji Gości oddajemy stylowe wnętrza w większości wykończone w drewnie . Wszystkie drewniane meble zostały wykonane przez zakopiańskich stolarzy.

W domu znajduje się część wypoczynkowa z TV ,jadalnia z aneksem kuchennym, z wyjściem na balkon. Łazienka z prysznicem jest na parterze. Na piętrze znajdują się dwie sypialnie oraz toaleta.
