Such a lovely house, very open and flowing. The drive down was beautiful but then the hidden beach’s and property itself were the true beauty

Fantastic place and location right next to the dog-friendly beach, which we and our pup enjoyed so much! The house is a great retro style.

For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

Apartment was lovely, we had everything we could need for our stay and were very comfortable. Christine and Andy were very proactive with communication, especially with check in info that was helpful. All round a great stay!

Lovely cottage and well set up. I live a place that has generous facilities such as crockery cutlery and cooking condiments etc. We were able to use the outdoor bungalow which meant our adult family could spread out. Lots of bush turkeys did keep the dog occupied but that is Byron and certainly not unique to Kathy’s. The parking at the rear was very helpful given we have a 4 wheel drive. Loved the walk to the dog beach - so close and we had the opportunity to visit the farmers market on the reserve behind Kathy’s on a Thursday. Thanks again Kathy for the flexible check in and great communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean, well stocked and beautifully styled. We felt very much at home. It’s close to the airport and therefore makes for a homely landing pad. Located by the river, this place has views for days. Thank you for having us Paul & Dorothea.

The house is very beautiful. We and bunny （British longhair）and eggie（samoyed）were very happy to live together. It's a pity that I don't have time to go to the surrounding beach. I will come again if I have a chance!

Lois was great with communication and did a massive favour for me with no hassle. I left my festival tix in sydney and she picked them up from her PO Box and delivered them to me. Very kind!! Place is in my fave location in Byron. Belongil opposite the beach. Great spot.

Incredible property in a perfect location!

We had the most amazing stay. Everything we could need for a family holiday was thought of and provided. The view and ammenities were incredible. The heated pool and spa was enjoyed daily and we loved being so close to the beach and playground. We cannot wait to return!

Kate’s place is a lovely spot on the God Coast. Great views, close to the beach, apartment was lovey and comfortable for our wee family of 4. Love to come back.

Beautifully appointed home with tons of room all within walking distance to the beach. Great access to local shops, the pool was an added bonus. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for our needs. The instructions for how to enter were clear and easy to follow, the place looked exactly like the photos, and the bed was comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and we were pleasantly surprised to have a grill available for our use as well. Excellent property and would book again in the future. Amazing place, beautiful furnishings and had everything and more that we needed to make our break perfect. Spotlessly clean and the house is just wow, wow, wow! Super clear instructions before arrival and a great handbook that covered every question we had. Couldn’t recommend this more, and wish we’d been able to stay for longer! A stunning home.

Awesome location, great space. The deck overlooking Byron Bay is worth it. Close to great surf and all that Byron has to offer.

Lovely unit right by the beach. Everything needed was provided and the place was great to stay at. Cafés and shops were all in walking distance. Will definitely come back soon.

A fantastic home in a great location. Just bad timing with builders replacing decks and making a lot of noise from 7.45am but once the new decks are completed that will be a great improvement. We were out most of the day so not too inconvenient.

Wonderful location - A flat has been converted into a terrific modern beachfront apartment. Fantastic location & well thought out design. Highly recommended for a family holiday, lots of room for children to run around and easy access to the beautiful beach. Look forward to returning. Julie
