Brand new construction. Completed July '23. Beach cottage on private beach. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peek through views of beach and ocean from multiple rooms. Everything you'd want in a beach vacation - new house with new appliances, air conditioning, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, quick walk (100 steps) to private path to your wide open private access beach. Enjoy bonfires on the beach at night. Watch the most beautiful sun rise and sunsets from your private beach!

Beach Cottage, without going over bridges to Cape!

Deeply sanitized, all handles Clorox wiped and cleaned thoroughly for all guests. This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.

Train station 2 miles away with connections to New York City and Boston. ½ mile from CT Hospice.

Walking distance to sand hills beach - super close to BARKER TAVERN! One mile from center of town with restaurants and shops. Nearby basketball court. Grassy backyard . New furnishings new full bath and new mattresses. Freshly painted well maintained by owner bedrooms are upstairs. There is only one full bath upstairs Totally redone 2024. Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!

Updated Beautiful Cottage in Edgartown AC

A true island charmer. Light, airy and central-air-conditioned home offers all the comforts of modern living centrally located in Edgartown. Recently completed extensive upgrades completed enhance all of the space, including a new kitchen, both bathrooms, basement, and more. A spacious outdoor furnished deck with enclosed outdoor shower and an expansive grassy lawn make for a great space to relax. Great location makes Island travel a breeze.

Best of both worlds!

Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!
