Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Designed and built by my husband and myself, the Surf Bug features handcrafted details including cypress trim, hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and a custom tile shower. We encourage you to kick off your shoes, unplug, and walk down to the beach—just a three-minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

August Rose Cottage on the Pamlico Sound

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Oyster Point

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast looking to experience waterfront living, OBX style! Located conveniently across from the Crossroads on the Buxton Back Rd., everything in the village is very close, and the beach is within walking distance. Make sure to visit the Lighthouse, a short bike or drive away. This cute & new apartment has everything you need, and is complete with soft blankets, beautiful furnishings, and a gorgeous garden setting :) THIS UNIT HAS A QUEEN BED AND TWIN DAY WITH TWIN TRUNDLE.
