The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

We enjoyed the house and pool with our family! Anastasia is a good communicator and was easy to talk to and friendly. We loved the location and the house was clean and ready for our visit. Thanks again!

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Samantha is a truly honest and reliable host—communicative, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with. Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. The home itself is a masterpiece, with stunning architecture and meticulous landscaping that made every moment feel special. Nestled in one of the best neighborhoods in Chico, the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We walked to Stoble every morning for coffee and enjoyed the vibrant Saturday farmers market just a short stroll away—such a treat! I genuinely enjoyed every day here and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

This was the perfect spot for our family get together. It was ideal for our toddlers with lots of space, toys and activities for them to engage in! The chickens were well loved, pool thoroughly enjoyed, and we the fire pit was a delight! Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Kelli's home looked adorable in the photos, and it was even better in person. The extra touches, like the welcome basket and plentiful coffee pod supply, were truly appreciated. We had a fun dinner at the nearby Farmers Brewery restaurant, and stopped by the Meriam Park farmer's market on Sunday for some insanely delish baked goods and fresh flowers. A fun weekend all around, great place to stay away from the noise of downtown, but still within a 10 minute drive to campus to see our daughter. Overall a wonderful stay in a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood.

Anthony and Ava were great hosts- very responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described in a super convenient location. Would recommend!

Great stay just had to leave a bit early because I had a family emergency. It was super quiet. Couldn’t hear anything love the animals there were a couple things that kind of creeped me out, but for the most part, it was great. The host was very communicative. The things that creep me out were the fact that they were whips hanging up in the bathroom and made me a little bit uncomfortable, cause I’m black man with a black friend and we in the middle of nowhere and it was very quiet. It just didn’t seem proper. I know that it probably wasn’t intended to be anything such as representation of slavery, but that’s kind of how I felt. That’s why I said it creeped me out a little bit and also didn’t help me knowing it was very quiet, but besides that everything was great left a little bit of a mess because I had to rush out really early truly apologize wasn’t intended. I intended to stay longer, but some things came up.

Host is understanding and has great communication. Highly recommend!
