Excellent air conditioning and heating, fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

Your family will be close to everything including historic Bidwell Park and California State University Chico when you stay at this centrally-located downtown bungalow. You'll be comfortable in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath turn of the century house that was renovated in the early 2000's to include an open living concept. You can enjoy cooking in the spacious, well stocked kitchen (house is close to the downtown farmer's market held on Saturdays) or walk to a favorite dining establishment.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger Available

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Private entrance to spacious, attractively furnished one bedroom home. There is a large living room and full kitchen. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a grab bar. Bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen size bed. Large closet in bedroom and reading lamp. WiFi and flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and Netflix.
