The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.

In winter, you'll be close to Hatcher Pass, Skeetawk Ski Area, and all the winter recreation opportunities available in the area.

The Mini Chalet is located on a quiet 20 acre lot with a fantastic view of Hatcher Pass. The Mini Chalet is surrounded by trees and has a small yard. Recently we added a sauna!
