The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Wildflower Studio

Experience a charming retreat in our cozy shed studio, nestled in a quiet town near the Queensland Bruce Highway. With a peaceful country setting and chickens just outside your door, this space offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy a self-sufficient stay with fresh eggs available upon request. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

Outdoor area, acess to fire pit, bbq and pizza oven. Kids play area. Ample parking. Set in 170 acres of bushland, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl and stacks of native animals and plants. On the highway halfway between Gladstone and Rockhampton, ideal stop for a restful night or days exploring.

Plenty of walking paths and roads, only 4km to the nearest Tavern and 10km to the city centre. Room for a caravan or boat, and horses welcome at an agistment rate.

Raglan Heritage School

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Raglan school is a cozy historic schoolhouse overlooking the school oval to the mangroves lining Raglan creek. Sit round the fire pit while saying hello to the resident animals, goats, sheep, our gelding Sav and his little brother Herbie our orphan yearling foal. You can stay inside and play a board game or sit back with a book on the screened veranda. Plenty of birds will keep you company. Take a break from tech and enjoy nature.

Hide away in your own peaceful oasis just 15 minutes drive from the iconic Agnes Water main surf beach. This converted shed is completely self sufficient; still offers the modern creature comforts, but living 100% off grid. Solar, rain water, vermicompost toilet, fire hot water system... get back to basics while still enjoying Wifi. Connect with nature, local birds and kangaroos. Look at the stars by the fire. Relax and re-wild with this bush experience.

We will share with you all local knowledge from restaurants, things to do in the local area and information on how to get out to the Great Barrier Reef which is located on our doorstep. “Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. Grey Gum Reflections

Peaceful 1BR retreat just 2 mins off the highway in Benaraby. Private guest house with full kitchenette, lounge, bathroom & bedroom overlooking our property and dam. Only 12 mins to Tannum Sands/Boyne Island and approx 20 minutes to Gladstone, it's a great base for beach trips, fishing or work stopovers. Our fully self contained guest house, although on our property, is separate from our main home, giving you peace and privacy during your stay.

Huddos Place.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.
