Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Welcome to the beautiful NEK! This charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo on Burke Mountain is centered in of one of the finest four-season recreational areas in the world. It’s a two-minute walk to the Mid-Burke Express chairlift and the Burke Mountain resort hotel, restaurants, pool, hot tub, and gym. Just downhill from the patio (with a view) is the Roly Grail mountain bike trail, which is part of the world-renowned Kingdom Trails network. A perfect base camp for your mountain activities.

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Beautiful renovated ground level walk-out condo. Features 1 bedroom with 1 King OR 2 twin beds plus pull out couch, 2 baths, full mini kitchen (new pots and pans April 2025), located slope-side at Burke Mtn & on Kingdom Trails. Direct walking access to MidBurke Express Chairlift & Burke Hotel. Close to Burke Mountain Academy. There are magnificent views west to Willoughby Gap. Access to separate, heated, secure storage cage and barn with tuning bench for all gear.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

We are located on Darling Hill, adjacent to the Chapel and directly on Kingdom Trails. It is a peaceful setting with a hot tub and sauna for after your day of outdoor adventure. We are approximately 10 minutes from Burke Mountain and a 1/4 mile from the VAST trail network.
