Claire’s place was beautiful! It was clean and exactly as described. Very close to Mt Washington resort, which is where we were going for a wedding. Very spacious as well and bedding was very comfortable. :) 10/10 would recommended and will be staying again if I am in the area!!

This is my second year staying here. It did not disappoint. Very clean and neat. Host is always very responsive and friendly. Quiet location to enjoy the area. If you need a place to stay in this area I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Unbelievable location! 10-20 minutes from almost anything you could want to do in the area. Easy check in experience and detailed instructions! Upon arrival we were ecstatic with the size of living room area!

Great location at the top of Burke Mountain with a nice little village below. This cozy one bedroom had two bathrooms and a beautiful backyard. We had a wonderful time exploring The Northeast Kingdom and some other areas of Vermont.

From the moment we walked into Mountain Brook, our family of five felt at home. We were warmly greeted by a lit Christmas tree in the living room. The bedrooms were spacious. Linens and blankets cozy. The condo was walking distance to the Burke Hotel and ski trails. Unfortunately we had rain instead of snow, but had there been more snow, we could have taken advantage of more outdoor snow adventures. Ashley sent clear communications prior to and upon our arrival. She quickly responded to our messages. We would definitely stay at Mountain Brook again.

Everything was as advertised and perfect with this condo. Location is great as well. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you very much for the use of your home.

The place was perfect location while spending time skiing at Bretton and Cannon. Nice views of the mountains right outside the door. Great restaurants within 15 min drive. The condo was clean and had all the essentials and allowed my small dog which was a huge benefit for us! The switch on fireplace was so relaxing and washer dryer were easy to use. 2 full showers was also a plus for our family of 5. We will be back for sure!! Just wish the nightly rate was a little less but we understand it was mostly fees.

We went to attend the Bretton Woods full moon dinner at the top of the mountain. Was a beautiful night with great food. Location made it perfect. Coming back next year.

We had the most magnificent view of Willoughby Notch. Carl needs to showcase that more. The place was very comfortable, and Carl was easily reachable if we had any questions.

This is a nice place to stay with great views of the mountains of Vermont and just a few minutes walk to the ski slope.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. The property was lovely. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, salt/pepper, and other condiments. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the beds were comfortable and had soft toppers, and the bathrooms were spotless. The host had put a lot of thought into providing everything a guest might need. There was a list of their favorite restaurants and copies of their menus. The location was also a plus. It was in a nice area, within a few miles of attractions and places to eat. This made it very convenient to get around and enjoy the area. In summary, I definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This condo was even nicer than the pictures portray. It is a great location, beautiful views and looks like an interior decorator did it over. Very nice. Everything was very easy…from booking, check-in, etc.

Another great stay at this lovely house for a long weekend in October. Perfectly situated with gorgeous views, it is such a pleasure to stay here with family. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the setting is private but not isolated and Burke is a special place. Don’t miss Auntie Dee Dee’s Bakery and order 1 of everything before spending the day biking or hiking it off. Also always enjoy relaxing over a fire pit at the Orange Rind after an active day. Now we think of this house as “our” Burke place 😉 Thanks for sharing it.

Stay was great! Very clean and easy check in. Listing stated ski in/ out and it wasn't exactly clear how but just a 2 minute drive to mountain and very easy to hop on mountain biking trail at the end of condo parking lot during the biking season. It was a great stay and would definitely not hesitate to rent again in the future.

Great place to stay if you’re skiing or watching races at Burke. Host were very responsive to our questions. In apartment Laundry was great for our family. Hosts were very accommodating to our requests and the unit had everything we needed. GO GUMBIES!!!!!!
