The apartment is located in a building in the center of Sarafovo, on the first line with a panoramic sea view, 10 meters from the main street and the entrance to the central beach. The apart is located on the fourth floor. Building has no elevator. Consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a large balcony with a panoramic sea view. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom + WC. The apartment has two double beds in both bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
