The Parker House is a little cottage, wonderfully situated near water and LBL in Dover, TN. A spacious home boasting a large yard with a covered carport and additional parking for vehicles and boats. This home sleeps 6 comfortably (more with a pullout mattress and couch recliners), 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Our centralized location has beautiful views, easy access to restaurants, recreation, and scenic drives. Approx. 5 mins to (4) boat docks, 45 mins to Clarksville, TN & 2 hrs to Nashville, TN.

Hunt House Cabin: Dogwood Springs Farm & Cabins. If you are visiting Stewart County, this 3-bedroom barndominium is immaculate and truly affordable. It sets on top of one the highest peaks in county with a spring-fed pond at the bottom of the hill with hiking trails. Enjoy the fireplace, fire pit & spacious patio. No cameras. Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.
