Overall it was great! The apartment was clean and well organized. Nearby there’s a mini convenient store and dim sum shop that open tills midnight, quite accessible. There’s also a washer and dryer which was useful for long stay :)

Great place to stay and easy access to Sunway Medical Centre. Had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic gym and pool in the building also. Make sure you check out Jeff’s food stall across the road for amazing homemade noodles!

We were home to do visa extentions, the duration was unpredictable. I found Michelle’s place after our first airbnb was charging us about 40 % increase in rate for another month of stay. Michelle was nice and proactive, her place was as pictures shown, cosy and comfortable. We had an early check in, little bit unfamiliar with the lock. The house was clean and neat, she knew my son is allergic , she had couches cleaned. Wifi was good except it can’t reach to the master bedroom. During the stay, I extended the stay twice, Michelle was nice, she gave me discount every time unlike the first airbnb. I ended up staying in her place for about 2 months. Our stay was pleasant with 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Location of the place is in the heart, it is very convenient to get by with a car. Even without a car, grab can be easily ordered, especially vellfire. Highly recommend the place.

amazing place, had a lot of good foods nearby even at midnight at Klang Lama road they have alot of great foods up until 2AM, very spacious place aswell! and very much nearby midvalley, pavillion bukit jalil and 1 utama!

We stayed at Alia's place for about 3 months and absolutely loved it. Great location, great place, 24/7 security, wonderful pools, easy access to the local mall. Alia as a hostess is fantastic, always helpful and always responsive. We would love to come back and book with Alia again. 5 stars all aroud!

Definitely a 10 out of 10 ✨ We were absolutely happy with this place. It's clean, cozy and super functional too! The highlight for us was definitely the bath, the perfect way to unwind and relax on a weekend. The location is also strategic, walking distance to malls and yummy cafes and restaurants. Check-in and check-out was easy, the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

I recently stayed at Dian Residency in Shah Alam, Seksyen 13, and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for relaxation. The location is strategic, with easy access to local attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. The apartment was equipped with essential amenities, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked kitchen, which made the stay comfortable. Overall, I would recommend Dian Residency for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Shah Alam.

Everything was perfect until I saw a small tiny cockroach appeared under the table. But overall after killing it everything was fine and the place was great and nice. Quite spacious. Location is also great and easily accessible. Host was always online. Anyways it was a great experience!

Great location, very easy check-in, and very responsive host. We stayed during Lunar New Year and the host was still very responsive on messages, which we really appreciate. House was very nice and clean, and had everything we need. There's an ensuite bathroom in every room and a few of the rooms upstairs have bunkbeds, so it's perfect for large families with kids (we had 9 adults and 4 kids). The house was also very cooling - great ventilation (we stayed in Jan and didn't need A/C). The only comment from my dad was that the chairs/surfaces are very hard (the design is very concrete/industrial), so some cushions to sit on for older people would be nice. There's a male caretaker who stays on the 2nd floor and he's very helpful with what you need for the stay. He tries his best to keep out of guests' way - but if you need anything you can just WA him/the host and he'll promptly help. Location was also great - very close to the malls/eateries in Bangsar. Would recommend!

小朋友都很开心，房间提供的玩具都玩的很开心，尤其是滑梯。地点真的很棒，游泳池距离近，距离shopping也很方便，icity有很多小朋友的娱乐设施，楼下也有7-11等。唯一美中不足的是厕所没有tissue，应该是担心小孩容易弄湿吧。不过不影响体验，还是很推荐，下次如果有来还会再预定。

Definitely will consider rebooking this place for any future need, clean and well maintained unit with self check in instructions given. My family had a great time at this place with spacious living room and kitchen, well equipped amenities, and kitchen also has all the things we needed with water dispenser. Provided 2 carparks but only 1 access card available, the guard didn't make a big fuss on letting us in so was still acceptable and can register for visitor carpark without much issues so its alright.

Alvin’s place was really good and I had a comfortable stay there. He was really responsive and helpful whenever I needed to communicate with him. The Roku/TV device wasn’t working at first that he changed right away. Definitely worth staying at this spot!

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.
