El terreno tiene bastante espacio verde, lo que permite tener tranquilidad a varios con o sin animales y un parqueo grande. El pueblo de la barra esta a 5 min en carro donde encontraran restaurantes y tiendas.

Conecta con la naturaleza en esta escapada inolvidable, casa pequeña de dos habitaciones, dos baños y enfrente de un imponente Bambú brasileño, el mismo le da sombra a la propiedad y a la piscina, lo cual permite estar en un ambiente fresco y agradable.
