We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

Studio Apartment with Kitchen STR-115

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!

Sawatch Nights Guesthouse (STR-107)

Enjoy the Rockies from our newly built guesthouse. Hike, bike, fish, climb, ski, boat, ride a horse, or pet a goat, the Ark Valley has a lot to offer, and our guest house is a great location to set up base camp. The house is located 4 blocks West of downtown in the quiet, residential heart of BV. Take an evening stroll through McPhelemy Park or out to the Peaks View walking path to catch the sunset over Mt.
