The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. Great location - only 15 minutes from Dripping Springs, Wimberley, & Kyle. 40 min to DT Austin. Enjoy our private & clean apartment with many amenities: fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, super comfy bed, shower with great pressure, strong internet, 100's of movies, board & yard games, and access to the back yard with pool, (which is only for us and our guests) & bathroom. You also might see deer, fox, & more. Nonsmoking. Entrance has door code. Have to climb one flight of stairs.

Stylish backyard casita with pool and hot tub. Short walk to Uchi, Alamo Drafthouse, and Barton Springs. 5 minutes to Zilker Park / Greenbelt. 2 miles to Downtown. 1.5 miles to S. Congress. Outdoor ping pong. 1GB Internet. Full bath as well as private outdoor shower. Natural Gas BBQ grill. Tankless water heater. No kitchen - mini-fridge and coffee station at bar. Owners live in front house but you will have pool, backyard and casita all to yourselves.

Newly remodeled vintage Spartan trailer with attached private(NOT shared) bathroom on a wooded and secluded 3.5 acres in South Austin.
