Bus 16 stops at the entrance of the house, M2 subway, shops ,banks, foodstores, churches, restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment is good for couples, business people and also for families with two children.

The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament, has an old beauty while the apartment is characterful and feels home instantly. My place is a studio apartment in the heart of Buda, Móricz Zsigmond square. Metro4, plenty of trams, buses are 2 minutes away. The studio is on the 4th floor with lots of light. (Sooorrryyy, there’s no elevator in the house). I renovated it in 2021, and designed it like I would do for myself. You should know: its tiny :), but this 14 sq m has everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom with shower and toilet).
