For your use is a gorgeous closet with crystal chandelier and an additional space (10x5 ft) with a twin bed, small table & barstool. The house sleeps 3 easily, 4 pretty comfortably (using couch). FYI: We have sweet pups on property.

Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.
