This house was perfect for what we needed. The area was quiet, the trees and property were beautiful. The pool looked fantastic, too bad it was too cool to get in. The sitting area outside was perfect.

The house was great! Very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet which made for a nice relaxing weekend. Communication was always quick and kind. We traveled without kids but the home would be great if you’re traveling as a family. I really loved the little playroom, a nice touch for sure!

Great location if you're fishing a tournament out of Catfish Bay. It's about 10 mins away from the ramp and has boat parking for 2-3 boats. It's a place where you can feel confident that your boat and belongings in it are safe and will be there when you get up in the morning. One thing is they don't have WiFi so you need to hotspot from your phone if you want to watch TV. Also, no central air, so each room has a window AC unit, which worked fine for us.

My husband and 2 others stayed at Edie’s place for an evening before a fishing trip on the lake. They really enjoyed it and raved about how clean and nice it was. Thanks again, Edie!

Great place to stay for a couples weekend getaway! The property is very private and we really enjoyed fishing the pond and spending time in the hot tub. Super close and easy to drive over to the casino and any stores you may need. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this cozy cottage! Absolutely adorable, nicely decorated, very clean, fully stocked, great yard, comfy beds, felt like home 🏡. Lots of little extras to make you feel like you’re special and appreciated, from the greeting on whiteboard, to handwritten welcoming notecard, to cookies left on kitchen counter 🩵. Catherine is an above and beyond host!! From the welcome treats to meeting me because I left something behind. Her home is beautiful and decorated so lovely and the furniture you melt into and feel right at home. My daughter wants to find the cozy blanket that was in the living room and my husband and I want the towels (they just dried so much better!!!). Check in was super easy and check out was a breeze. The location is great; convenient to restaurants, Albertsons (grocery store) and the downtown area (stop at Pop Around the Corner for popcorn!!). The driveway was perfect for 2 cars which was important for us and the neighbors were very friendly. We will be back!!

The Orange Place is a fantastic getaway, it’s located right next to some great restaurants and Lake Texoma. My mom and I spent most of our time in the cabin and made use of the generous amount of firewood provided. The location is next to a road, but the traffic noise was not bad at all. I highly recommend this place for a weekend trip, but there are enough amenities to work from home or take a longer vacation here. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area!

The place was as described and seen in the photos. The host were very responsive and helpful. They even had a goody basket with local items. Like jam and homemade bread. Even had some fresh farm eggs in the fridge. Place is very close to Choctaw casino. Truthfully, it was being right at home. This place has everything you need. Would recommend this place to every and any person wanting to stay just a few days or a couple weeks like us. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

House was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of five, and the outdoor spaces are nice, with a lovely front porch, and a fabulous patio area. We appreciated the well stocked coffee bar, as well. Would stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, in Denison.

Great place and beautifully accommodated.

This was a perfect space to relax and visit with family. Lots of "things" to do- fossil hunting, fishing, walking, swimming. The space accommodated all of us with room for meal prep, games, relaxing, privacy, etc.

Perfect spot for fisherman looking for easy access to Catfish Bay, Alberta Creek and Caney Creek. Spacious and well stocked.

Clean and comfortable. Definitely met our needs perfectly. Felt centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go.

Ayrial's place was very clean and in a good location. We really enjoyed downtown Denison. The downtown was a nice bonus to our trip. We were in good proximity to the Red River, Denison Dam, and Post Oak Creek. Aryial was communicative and our stay was quiet and smooth. We would definitely stay at Aryial's place in the future.

This house was better than the pictures and certainly exceeded my expectations! The thoughtful touches of soaps, coffees and games made our family visit comfortable! Laura was such a responsive host!
