A beautiful location on a quiet street just steps from downtown Southampton and one of the best beaches in Ontario! This location is a hidden gem, with lake views from the back deck and kitchen window. Entertain your guests in the newly renovated open concept great room and unwind after a day at the beach. This charming, cozy house offers serenity edge of town, by Georgian Bay! Suitable for couples, families and small groups. Across the street from the Bay. Comes with kayak, SUP and lawn games! Close to many Bruce Trails, Scenic Caves trails, or Georgian Trail, and golf. After a busy day exploring or playing, retreat to Meaford and either whip up something delicious in our fully equipped kitchen and dine in with a view of the bay, or walk down Sykes 5 min to one of Meaford's excellent restaurants.

The south Bruce peninsula beauty

Welcome to the south Bruce peninsula! This house is located on sought after Mallory beach road it is a beautiful scenic dead end road that runs right along beautiful Georgian bay on one side and the niagara escarpment on the other side. Mallory beach road is just off the main highway between Wiarton and tobermaury. This house is right across the road from Georgian bay with water access at the S bend. This house is only a short 25 minute drive to sauble beach and 55 min drive to tobermaury!

Im an animals lover, I'm also a mother of 3 boys and have been married for 33 years ,being outdoors is one of my favourite activities, snowmobiling, hiking. I've owned our cottage for 10 years and we decided to rebuild , to enjoy the beautiful views of Colpoys Bay and in the back yard the Bruce Pennisula escarpment
