Bright, cozy, private, 1 bedroom coach house

You will love this sunny, comfortable, and relaxing coach house. It has everything you might need to have the feeling of home. The suite contains a large kitchen/dining area with seating for four, a living room with a sofa bed (double bed), a recently renovated bathroom with bathtub and shower, and one bedroom (queen bed) with a large closet. The suite is clean, recently painted and tastefully decorated. The suite includes wireless internet (WIFI), HD TV, Blu Ray DVD, Netflix, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and board. It has a private entrance and parking for two cars. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking equipment and basic spices. We are located in Kingsville, ON, on the road to Leamington. We are about three kilometers (2 miles) from the Kingsville dock (Ferry to Pelee Island) and the core of the town where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and interesting places to visit. We are about 15 minutes from Point Pelee National Park, 45 minutes from Windsor and Detroit and Whether you come to the area for vacation, work, or you are relocating, the guest suite may be a very good option for you for a relaxing stay. We offer accommodation by the night, or week (as many weeks as you want) and can provide service in English or Spanish.

You’ll love my place because of the location, It is situated near the lake betw. Detroit, Ann Arbor & Toledo. Marina's are 2-10 miles away, Charter fishing , docks & boats available to rent, A Waterfront Park is a short distance from the home which has access to a PRIVATE boat launch for boats up to 18 ft. House is located in a Private Association which makes it a safe and quite place to unwind during your stay. This home is good for couples, business travelers, families, and groups traveling

Luxe Elegance with Amenities Serenity by the Woods

Welcome to our secluded and private lower level apartment backing onto a forest. A deer family frequently visits the backyard. We strive to make guests feel at home with tasteful decor & thoughtful amenities. The suite is especially suited to business travelers & small families. Location is central, with 3, 6 & 8 min drives to the grocery store, Walmart and Ambassador bridge. * We are in Canada. You have a fully private floor to yourself, but this is not the full house—we live upstairs.

Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that I purchased and lovingly renovated with a small team of local craftspeople. This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

Small lake house on Lake Erie shore

Private Bachelor apartment sized house directly on Lake Erie. ULTRA FAST WI-FI, Private deck, Kayaks. The Cottage is always toasty warm all winter long. Queen bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette. Great swimming in shallow, sandy waters. Cottage is only a few minutes from many area wineries, breweries, distilleries and fantastic restaurants serving local food. Walking distance to Pelee Island ferry. Want something completely different? This is the place. It's almost like staying on a boat.

Small cottage 600 sq feet 2 bedrooms turn key . Light airy all utilities wi-fi full size kitchen appliances , about 20 minutes from downtown Detroit - you are about 15 minutes from Royal Oak Bike path , walking path , golf walking distance beechwoods park close to grocery stores , target , Taco Bell chipotle mcDonalds more...safe off road parking . ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! There will be deep cleaning fee. I’m truly sorry you will asked to leave if there is smoking . Thank You for looking .

1100 sq. ft guest suite attached to main residence but completely separate space on quiet residential street. Upper level with two bedrooms, washer/dryer and 1 bathroom with custom shower. Lower level has full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, 42'' television and high speed internet. Independent heating and cooling. Owners are on site for quick response to all your needs. Close to WFCU, Caesars Windsor and all major arteries. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
