On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. 5 Star Beachfront Living.

Perfect beach location! Part of a high standard, modern house on Browns Bay beachfront. 3-4 min flat walk to bus, shops and restaurants. Two large bedrooms with a large bathroom, allowing you exclusive use of this big area downstairs, including the shower, bath and vanity, dining/lounge/kitchenette. Underfloor heating in winter. Large outdoor deck with outdoor furniture, looks into garden with close beach and Rangitoto views. Nespresso machine. Off street parking. $10 per EV charge overnight.

Castor Bay Guest Suite, Kitchen, Lounge, Bedroom

NEW ** Mini Kitchen, Small fridge,Hot plate,Microwave,Tea and Nespresso coffee. Comfortable quiet private guest suite which is part of our house but with own private entrance - in the heart of the North Shore. One bedroom with extra length Queen size bed and inter leading lounge. Quality furnished with couch, desk and flat screen TV. Private en suite bathroom with double hand basins and large modern tiled shower. Free WiFi Easy walking distance to Castor Bay beach. Off street parking available.

Garden Cottage Retreat

My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. It is connected to my home but has own entrance, parking and garden. Caution: Carpark entrance VERY steep. 7 steps

Rothesay Bay Bliss - stone's throw from the beach

For your own piece of paradise in Rothesay Bay consider this new studio with separate bathroom. Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark. Furnished with fridge, microwave, espresso machine, king size bed plus living space with a couch and large smart TV it is an ideal getaway. This sunny studio is fabulously located being only 3 minutes walk away from the beach which has access to all the coastal walkways.

Browns bay/Waiake with great sea views.

Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen. WiFi included. is fully catered for with everything you need. TV for your entertainment. Easy bus ride to Auckland City if you need too.

Small Studio Apartment (approx 40 sqmtrs)

1km from the beach/restaurants/ pharmacy/supermarket in Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Please note that our downstairs studio has a low ceiling (1.98m high). Breakfast: Tea/Coffee (Nespresso Machine)/Cereal and milk included. Bed configuration: 1 double bed 1 king single bed

Winter Beach Escape

Stylish, fully self-contained ground floor flat 250m from a picturesque sandy swimming beach. The perfect place for visitors to stay, explore & enjoy Auckland's North Shore & our wonderful East Coast beaches. Bus stops are nearby for public transport but it is advisable to have a car. No onsite parking. Street parking is usually available just outside the house. Albany mall 5km, Torbay shops 800m, Browns Bay shops 2km & Auckland CBD 22km away. Private, peaceful, cosy getaway.

Welcome to our beautiful self-contained apartment with its own access which opens onto a lovely sub-tropical garden. Located on the clifftop we are just a 3-minute walk to the premium North Shore beach village, Mairangi Bay, where you will find restaurants, cafes, bars, local shops, and a well-stocked supermarket. Murrays Bay is also just a 3-minute walk away. You are welcome to enjoy our solar heated 15m pool, hot tub, BBQ facilities and gym.

Cozy Private Guest Suite, 300m from the Beach

A unique oasis getaway, surrounded by tropical plants and native trees in the secluded valley of Rothesay Bay. A short walk to the sea, this is an ideal location for the traveller to rest and recoupe, or to get out and explore the villages and activities of Auckland's North Shore. Handy to Browns Bay shops, Albany Mall and only about a 25 minute drive to the Auckland CBD before returning to the green stillness of this tropical retreat setting.
