Sandalwood House is a large classically styled house with lovely high ceilings and beautiful recently refurbished wooden floors. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. Generous parking available and also a covered garage. Walking distance to the town and amenities including the Library/ Art Gallery, Premier Mill Hotel/Dome and the Rec Centre.

Enjoy a bush experience at this centrally located Nanny Flat with external access. Far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet bush life but close to The Katanning Country Club to enjoy Golf, Bowls, Squash or Tennis. A quiet place, on a bush block, next to the National Park. The guest suite is part of our home & is suitable for singles or couples. The Granite Skywalk & other tracks are not far away. There are local food outlets & winery's that are open on limited days. Mount Barker is 25 klm away & a good place for food & fuel. Telstra has the best coverage here & Internet and television is via satillite. Bluff Knoll & Albany are 40 klm away, with no services inbetween. We can provide milk, on request.

Carnaby, sleeps 3, quiet, secluded and Private . BASE PRICE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE, 1 BEDROOM ONLY. Our 125 acre property backs onto the Porongurup Range, with views from the cottages, The Granite Skywalk is a short drive from the property. Views are spectacular from the top, south to Albany and North to The Sterling Ranges. The cottages are located over 500 meters back from the road on our farm, allowing guests to enjoy the peace and quiet. Our other 2 cottages are Kestrel (adults only)& Boobook
