The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Welcome to Puffin Rock! Sitting on two-wooded acres on the shores of Herrick Bay in beloved Brooklin, Puffin Rock, with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably. Guests need only to bring food, drink and personal items, the house is well equipped for guests to quickly settle in and feel welcome. This house is a great choice for families and friends who want to spend vacation time together and make wonderful memories. As a recent guest wrote: "Puffin Rock checks all the boxes."

The large room measures 40’ by 50’ with 11’ ceilings and is an extraordinary family retreat. The dining table seats 12, and a kitchen is full stocked with a vintage gas stove. Huge restored double hung windows afford views of the Reach and surroundings landscape. You are a five minute walk from the coast of Maine. Come visit!

A tiny guest house (450 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River. AC!!. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.

Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

The property is 5 miles from Wooden Boat School and is centrally located for any number of activities, including staying home and peacefully reading.

This is an above garage apartment with a private side entrance, up stairs and off a deck. Water views. Public beach/ocean access at Bridge's Point Boatyard/Dow's boatyard is less than a half mile away. This property is not heated, space heaters available. All linens supplied. Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please note, Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are a one hour drive away. And the bathroom is tiny!
