This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. This beautiful bay-fronted cottage perched above Brixham harbour creates a gorgeous getaway for holidays in one of South Devon’s best coastal towns. Being just a stone’s throw from the heart of the town, Number Eleven has it all. A superb refurbishment and wonderful views mean you’ll be completely comfortable, and be just a short walk from the seafront, shops and restaurants. The ground-floor sitting room has a big bay window and log-burner, while three bedrooms are on the top two floors.

This is an interesting house, with an ancient footprint and very modern interior. It is built over three floors and is a 35 second walk to the river - we counted!
