Modern, private open-plan studio/loft with wood stove on a fully treed acreage with plenty of wildlife. Located between beautiful, rustic hamlet of Bragg Creek, stunning mountain playground of Kananaskis and world renowned West Bragg Creek Trails. 10 minute drive to endless hiking, biking, snowshoe, xc-skiing, and horse trails. Unit has an outdoor firepit, ground level deck, queen bed and a chair bed for a 3rd guest, Wifi, Netflix, Prime, large shower, custom kitchen, and stunning forest views.

Come and enjoy some clean, crisp mountain air! This space can comfortably sleep 6. This is a hobby farm setting with, chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, peacocks and a pig.

There is a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and a patio to relax on. We have a family of deer that live on the property, and during the summer you will see some of the babies walking around. We are a few minutes from Sargents Bay Provincial Park and about a 5 minute drive to Coopers Green.

Modernized in 2020 with full bathroom and kitchenette, it’s a vast change from when my Grandfather built it for shelter from the harsh prairie winters. The logs were harvested over 100 years ago in the Saddlehills and brought to this working family grain farm. Now it’s all play & relax!
