Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.

This stylish, newly renovated property is 5 minutes walk away from The Laines and its many cafes, independent shops and bars. Alternatively stroll to the pier (5 mins) and walk along the beach. The flat has a huge walk in shower, a dining area in the living room as well as a large bedroom with king bed and a desk , Additional guests can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. We recently installed secondary glazing to eliminate noise from traffic.
