Brambles Pool Terrace Spa

Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park near Brighton, Brambles Pool Terrace Spa is a private terrace on a south facing slope, with a series of log cabins and a gazebo with BBQ and Pizza Oven. The Spa cabin has a Finnish style hot tub and sauna, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a separate poolside toilet and shower. Brambles is ideal for access to Brighton, Glyndebourne, Brighton Marina, Seven Sisters and a fabulous place for remote working.

Stunning c.1530 English Farm House (Annex) & Pool

Rooklands Farm House (Barn Annex) is part of a Grade 2 listed traditional Sussex House built around 1530. The Barn Annex is a luxury, contemporary wing of the Farm House, hosting 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, modern kitchen, dining room situated in a floor to ceiling glass orangery and a sitting room with pool table and television/Wii U console. Sleeps 5 (an extra infant (making 6 people) can be accommodated at an extra charge of £25). Guests can also use the heated 29 C. indoor pool & gym.

Luxury Home, spectacular grounds, pool & hot tub

A spacious, 2-bed, 3 bath, luxury stay in the beautiful Sussex countryside for up to 7 guests. Full access to a large 2-acre garden , heated outdoor swimming pool, and several outdoor lounge areas, (outdoor areas shared with other guests and hosts), this is the perfect countryside escape for families and larger groups. The West Wing sleeps up to 4 (2 in the master, 2 in the twin bedroom). With advance notice the property can accommodate a further 3 on comfortable air mattresses (see photos).

The Shepherds Hut at The Apple Barn

Enjoy a wonderful stay in our original rustic shepherds hut. Situated in a private, and enclosed field with an outdoor shower and compost loo with a Bbq and dining area along with a little outdoor basic kitchen. Surrounded by hammocks with access to our large swimming pool. The Shepherds Hut has a double bed, a stove and electricity. With views up to Chanctonbury Ring and the South Downs. We are an area of dark sky perfect for stargazing. Pls note some road noise to be expected.

Pine tree woodland retreat

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.
