사랑스러운 방에서 완벽한 휴가를 보냈습니다! 윌슨은 전기 차단기가 내려가는 작은 문제도 적극적으로 도와주었고, 모든 것들이 잘 준비되어 있었습니다. 특히 건조기와 세탁기가 있어서 매우 편리하게 여행 중 세탁을 했습니다. 뉴욕 맨하튼까지 평일에는 통근버스가 있어 편리하게 이동이 가능하지만, 저희처럼 차가 없는 경우에는 대중교통만으로 이용하기 조금 먼 감이 있습니다. 그렇지만 차가 있거나 시간 여유가 있다면 이 숙소를 추천하지 않을 이유가 없습니다!! 윌슨씨 감사합니다!!

I booked this place for a weekend trip for a group of 6 friends. We really loved how spacious the apartment was - the 3 beds, and 3 full baths were perfect. The living room and kitchen were so open, fully stocked, and we loved the natural light and high ceilings. The location of the apartment was great for walking to Chinatown and Old City. Yoseph was a wonderful host as he was super responsive to questions and checking in during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. All in all, would highly recommend staying here!

I visited during the Holidays. The place was beautifully surrounded with Snow ❄️ and lights. Peaceful neighborhood and private. Maud and John were very supportive and very friendly, thank you both for everything. Will definitely visit again in the future without a doubt if they allow me to stay 🙂 Very comfortable and cozy place to visit and stay 🤙

Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Paul's place was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private, with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

My children and I had a wonderful time! The unit was immaculate, the views were lovely, and there was plenty to do at the hotel. Paul was the best host! We had a car issue and had to extend our stay. He was polite, quick to respond, accommodating, and he took excellent care of us whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to visiting again!

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

Perfect getaway! Easy to access local hotels at a great value! Highly recommend and will personally be back!

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.

This place is great for a big group! Lots of room and a beautiful terrace at the top.

Hoboken est un quartier très agréable et accessible depuis NY. Nous avons adoré l’environnement, l’ambiance et la magnifique vue sur Manhattan depuis la Corniche. L’appartement est très agréable, très joliment aménagé et décoré. Une découverte de NY dans les meilleures conditions. Merci !
