Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. This is a 1,232 square foot, 3 bed/2 bath townhome. The garage has a ping pong table. Two small dogs allowed, with fee, see additional rules. NO cats! FIBER INTERNET!! RECENT REVIEWS: This house was so clean! The kitchen was stocked perfectly. The games were great. The beds were very comfortable! Loved it! Shaun's place was awesome! So clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Super clean and just as expected. Perfect for our family and dog. The ping pong table was a bonus!

Classy, Comfy, Quiet, Private, FUN!!!

We are close to family-friendly activities, the airport, and the city center. Its a good place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are only 2 miles from SUU, across the street from the gym, .5 mile from the Aquatic Center and only a block from shopping, the movie theater, freeway access, etc. We also have a small back yard. Our place is not perfect which is why our rate is lower. If you're looking for perfect, this is not for you.
