Classy, Comfy, Quiet, Private, FUN!!!

We are close to family-friendly activities, the airport, and the city center. Its a good place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are only 2 miles from SUU, across the street from the gym, .5 mile from the Aquatic Center and only a block from shopping, the movie theater, freeway access, etc. We also have a small back yard. Our place is not perfect which is why our rate is lower. If you're looking for perfect, this is not for you.

Giant Steps Ski Lift is next door! This cozy condo has a beautiful view of the mountain and is conveniently located on first floor, you can literally step out of the building in your skis and ski right back in. During summer, Giant Steps mountain offers trails for hiking, and for intermediate and advanced mountain bikers. It is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park and Utah Shakespearean festival in Cedar City.
