We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

Staying at Adley’s place was a pleasure. Even without the snow-covered landscape we were hoping for this proved as cozy and peaceful as it looks. Very spacious and comfortable, beautiful views from all living areas, well-equipped kitchen, I can only recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

Cozy, clean place. Great location for ski in/out. Attitash Abenaki lift is just right next to back yard. Owner communication is excellent. We had wonderful time with kids during our ski trip! Thanks Donald.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

Airbnb Review: A Perfect Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was one of my best experiences yet! The great location made it easy to explore the surrounding area while also providing a peaceful retreat. The gorgeous views of the mountains were simply breathtaking, and I found myself mesmerized by the scenery right outside the window. The space was clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, from hot dog skewers to coffee, mustard, shampoo, and even a toothbrush! It truly felt like a home away from home. The comfortable space offered plenty of room for relaxation, but my favorite feature was the outdoor screened-in porch. It gets excellent afternoon sun, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I loved lounging in the hammock chairs under the porch while soaking in the stunning landscapes. Anca was so responsive and very helpful with our stay. The space was great for our family of 4. We were close to the restaurants and entertainment North Conway offers. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

This is the third time I've rented this property which in itself says volumes. It's a beautiful loft condo in a beautiful setting that has three separate bedrooms /sleeping areas, each with its own full-service bathroom. Because the unit exists within a larger condo community, guests have access to a both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and common games and social area with billiards. Located just a few miles (two exits) south of the Kancamangus Highway (and Loon Mountain), Jason and Becca's place at the Jack 'O Lantern complex is a truly great find, whether you're a family, couple, or "couple of couples" :D

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Highly recommend a stay at Michelle and Jason’s place! It’s a great “home base” for whatever you’re looking to do, whether that be hiking, climbing, skiing, shopping, or exploring any of the charming towns nearby! Our stay was wonderful at the cabin. The cabin was clean and centrally located to winter activities. Andrea was very responsive. Cant wait to go back again
