Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. Diese 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung liegt direkt am Ufer des Walensee. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen offenen Küchen-, Wohnbereich und 2 grosszügige Schlafzimmer. Das Angebot rundet sich mit einem Whirlwanne und einer privaten Sauna in der Wohnung ab. Die Seilbahn in die Flumserberge erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuss.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Unsere überdachte Loggia lädt ein zum Verweilen und den Seeblick zu genießen.
