Incredibly beautiful house and location. If you fancy some true peace and quiet this is the place for you. The pool and view is worthy of an insta post. Bistra and her team are so friendly and helpfully, nothing is too much trouble, even when I had a issue with one of the sliding doors on a Sunday, Bistra and her husband responded quickly to get it sorted. Will definitely return.

We had the most amazing stay! We travelled with 2 small kids, and the jungle gym and jumping castle that was up near the restaurants was a great hit, as they were within walking distance. It is close to everything, including the restaurants, walking path and grocery store, and that's if you need to leave the house..... The place itself was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony! We will definitely be back!

Great break from the city life. Nice, clean and relaxing space. We had difficulty finding the pool. Maybe a map or clear directions would be great. Otherwise, a great stay.

What a wonderful place to stay with three young boys. They thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful garden with the labyrinth and zip line and loved counting all the chickens. We had a lovely Easter egg hunt in the garden in the rain this morning. We would love to come back one day!

Madeleine's place was amazing! Great views and scenery, Hermanus is a lovely town and there is so much to do.

This place truly felt like our home away from home. Nestled in beautiful surroundings with a charming garden, it offered the perfect retreat. The local recommendations were spot on and added so much to our experience. When we had an unexpected puncture, June went above and beyond to help, personally arranging for Simon to come to our rescue. Her kindness and hospitality made all the difference. We’ll definitely be back, this gem is one we’ll always return to.

We had the most wonderful long weekend at this stunning home in Hermanus! What first caught my eye was the beautifully designed outdoor living space – it’s even better in person. Every detail has been so thoughtfully considered to make guests feel welcome. We arrived to find the ice machine ready to go and a bottle of wine waiting for us – such a warm touch! The interior is crisp, contemporary, and stylish, yet still manages to feel incredibly homely and luxurious. We settled in immediately and felt completely at ease. One of my daughters was preparing for an exam and we were pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated office space, which was perfect for her to study in peace. All the appliances were spotless and looked brand new. The addition of two air fryers was such a clever and practical touch – especially in a home that accommodates 8 or 9 people comfortably. The location is also ideal – just minutes from both Grotto and Voëlklip beaches, with the cliff path and mountain trails.

Having spent many years both in family and rented accommodation, this was one of our best stays ever. Specifically for host communication, responsiveness, spaciousness, neatness, amenities and to top it: Location, being central to all the best places in the town, with it based on one of the best pedestrian streets in Hermanus, with all the coffee shops, cafés, galleries and key amenities on your doorstep. Comes highly recommended. Thank you for a very easy stay and for your outstanding, 5 star hospitality. Bravo!
