Experience a unique stay in our converted 12m container home & relax on the beautiful wooden deck outside with both a hammock and wood fired hot tub. Sleep comfortably in the queen size bed and enjoy a full kitchen as well as a bathroom, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Nestled in our backyard with partial privacy inside Firlands Park Equestrian Estate in Gordons Bay, this is a modest but peaceful spot. Peaceful hideaway with wood fired hot tub

Almond cottage is positioned above a dam in the heart of the Banhoek conservancy. It is a light, modern cabin with direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is styled as a one bedroom, two person cabin, there is a queen sized open pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for small extra fee. Almond cottage is set back from the lake and enjoys views of farmland and mountains.

Long Valley Farm is a hidden gem 2.5 hours drive from Cape Town, at the end of a valley, circled by mountains. We grow organic veg, have 3 horses and beautiful clean water. Come and relax, enjoy starry nights and walking in the mountains. Close to Robertson if you’re visiting for one of the many wine festivals. As we have ducks and chickens roaming around the farm, no dogs please xx
