This versatile thatched roofed cottage is centrally located in a private setting offering contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

Heidi’s Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. Our place is a neatly restored original McGregor workers cottage with a beautiful large garden in a central location. The property is family and pet friendly (although please note we have 2 covered irrigation dams). Enjoy relaxing in the garden full of birds or explore the main street nearby. There is an outdoor braai, a large stoep and a gazebo for sunny days as well as an indoor anthracite fireplace indoors for chilly days.

Located in upper McGregor, right on the edge of the Krans reserve with stunning views and easy access to walking trails. A relaxed 10 minute walk to Tebaldis and the main street in town. The property is a newly built standalone small home with off street parking, free WiFi, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and large patio areas to relax and enjoy the view anytime of the day. The cottage also has a Weber braai (BBQ).
