My studio / one bedroom in Breckenridge is a 450-square foot 3rd floor condo that sleeps up to four. Enjoy the ski in, ski out location at the base of Peak 8. All the great restaurants and shopping on Main Street are a 10 min walk away. Our place is professionally cleaned by a company that follows all the Covid-19 cleaning recommendations by Airbnb. Due to a severe allergy of a resident of the complex, pets are not possible. If you have service animal, please inform me at the time of booking.

Micro two bedroom nestled in the trees about one mile south of downtown and the ski area. Decorated in a hip mountain-modern style, we have everything you'd need for a fantastic woodsy getaway. Sit on the massive sofa and stream a movie or enjoy the treetop setting from the large deck. This place is way cooler than your typical ski condo. Not ski-in, ski-out and not right in town, but hiking trails and the free town/ski shuttle are a few hundred feet away. Or walk about a mile to Main Street.

Just blocks from Peak 8, this condo is perfect for your summer or winter vacation! The ski resort is the first stop on the free bus route, or the condo is the first stop when you're done skiing. Across the street from the Nordic Center, with access to cross country skiing or snowshoeing trails. In the summer, enjoy hiking trails and mountain biking right out the door. The Adventure Park is also a .4 mile walk/bus ride away in the summer or hop on the bus and take a short trip to Main Street.

Face Masks are mandatory in town & common areas in our building. If social distancing inside our 475 sq ft home, max capacity is 2 guests.
