The guesthouse is a stand-alone unit perfect for single, couples or small families that’s above the main property garage with access to semi-private pool, patio, and free driveway parking for one car. Less than five miles to Kyle Field and Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, and Century Square, this one bedroom private apartment will have you in the heart of Aggieland. A private entrance welcomes you into an open living and kitchen space. The kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave/air fryer combo, dishwasher, and coffee maker stocked with delicious LOCAL COFFEE. Queen-sized bed and a full-sized pull out couch plus a full bathroom will make you feel at home on your "getaway".

Enjoy a relaxing stay. Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

Howdy! Welcome to our Historic District game day guesthouse. We are conveniently located just blocks from Texas A&M's campus! Olsen Field and Kyle Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch. The bed is a queen size bed.
