Brazoria Gardens - Pad A

Looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city? This cozy 30 foot stationary trailer on 6+ acres of land is a perfect opportunity. My personal RV that I use mainly as a vacation spot to connect with nature. Will have access to the whole property, except the agricultural areas and other RV Pads. At times, I do access the property to work on agricultural projects. Close to multiple chemical plants, San Bernard public boat ramp, and the beach. No smoking inside RV. No TV or Wifi.

A historic classic RV keeps in open yard for living .It’s been installed two new split air conditioners, electric water heater, refrigerator and induction cooker. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. RV Rental on Beachfront Site or on the Beach

Stay in our RV parked/hooked up our Beachfront Resort with private beach access *OR* we can park it for you directly on the beach for you to stay there-your choice. Cold AC, 2 recliners, 3 TVs, exterior security cameras, electric indoor fireplace. Kitchen features: double sinks, fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave. Full size bed in bedroom, Table becomes a twin bed, over cab-a full bed. Linens, towels, beach chairs. Also available are golf carts, surf boards and wave runners for rent.

Sol/Sun Seeker Tiny home experience

"Sol Seeker" is a medium size camper designated for a family getaway. It's located in Surfside beach at Austin's Landing RV Park. It's only a few steps from the beach access and the jetty for those who love fishing. Come and have a stress free vacation, you won't regret it! The camper is equipped with everything necessary for you to enjoy the beach, grilling or fishing(must bring own fishing supplies), their is No need to stress about packing too many things.
