Dazu gibt es eine Garage und Platz für 4 PKW sowie zwei Terrassen. Im Keller ist eine Sauna und ein Ruheraum mit Dusche, der jedoch auch zum Übernachten geeignet ist (Doppelbett). Im Dachgeschoss gibt es zwei Schlafräume mit Smart-TV, sie sind durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Der Wohnraum hat einen Kamin.
