This house is perfect for a small to medium sized family or a romantic getaway. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have mounted TV’s. Family friendly. No to the following: pets, smoking, parties.

Bring your own boat to explore the seven all sports lakes in Coldwater's northern chain or use one of our Kayaks or canoes to explore as well. Enjoy the large shared yard space, 2 small beaches, dock to fish or relax around the fire pit watching the sunset. This cottage is a comfy two-bedroom with two full beds, one with a twin loft bed over top.

Welcome to your perfect lakeside retreat in Union City, Michigan! Seagull Town is nestled on the shores of Union City Lake, Our house offers a stunning lakefront view and direct access from the front deck. With parking available for two vehicles, you'll have the convenience of on-site parking during your stay. Explore the lake with two provided kayaks and paddleboards or fire up the propane grill on the deck for a lakeside barbecue. Boat rental is available upon request.

Spend the evening on the deck or around a bonfire by the lake and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The cottage comes with a private dock, two kayaks, and life jackets. Totally unplugged.

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.
