Filipe was an excellent host during our stay, and all communication was clear and straightforward. The place is very comfortable and ideal for three or four people. The view from the balcony is magical; you can see parts of old buildings and the stunning colors of the sunset. While it may not be very spacious, it is truly cozy. This accommodation is perfect for those on a short trip who are looking for a central location. I highly recommend it!

Un séjour exceptionnel au cœur de la place centrale de Braga. Un immeuble très calme, et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. L’appartement est superbe. Très belle décoration, très beau espace, fonctionnel et complet. Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Theatro avec 3 adultes et deux jeunes enfants. Les hôtes sont très disponibles. L’appartement ce trouve à coter des restaurants et commerce. La ligne de taxi est toute proche. Un vrai plus l’accès à code. Ce qui permet à chacun d’aller à ces occupations sans problème de clef pour rentrer. Nous recommandons à 100 % l’appartement A de la Villa Theatro ! Étant d’origine portugaise je viens très souvent à Braga pour voir ma famille. Nous reviendrons ici c’est certains.

This was our second time staying here. We were here in July 2023 and October 2023. Location was fantastic, close to tourist attactions and local restaurants. Isa was great! She was quick to respond to any inquiries and also checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Will definitely book again when in Portugal.

Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et avons passé un belle semaine dans un appartement très propre et bien placé (dans le nord de la ville avec un accès plage rapide). Bonne communication et réactivité.

Absolutely lovely space! We had a cancellation from the previous property and although last minute Mauricio went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Uns dias bem passados com amigos e filhos! A casa tem todas as condições para não querermos sair de lá, à sempre qualquer coisa para fazer. Não refere na descrição mas tem maquina de café Nexpresso. Levámos raquetes e bolas de ténis mas nem era preciso, a casa está equipada com tudo. Sem dúvida a repetir!

We had a fantastic stay in Caldelas and thoroughly enjoyed the villa as our base to explore northern Portugal. It is a beautiful house in a stunning, countryside location and the views from every room in the house never got tiring! There is plenty of space in the villa for 6 people and the garden and barbecue areas are also spacious and kept very clean. The host was in regular contact and was very responsive to the odd query we had. On a day to day basis, Miss Paula was often around on the estate and offered advice and help whenever we asked for it. ‘Peolo’, the farm dog became one of our party and we all miss seeing him around every day! He was such a friendly and well behaved dog; we had no issues at all with him spending time with us when we were at the villa! Would absolutely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful location with fantastic views of the Portuguese countryside. We certainly plan on returning at some point!
