Escape to our cozy cottage, nestled in the heart of beautiful Texas. This charming getaway is a short stroll from the lake and offers serene views from the back porch. The space blends rustic charm with modern amenities. Relax in the cozy living room, prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, or enjoy a barbecue on the grill. The spacious porch is perfect for watching sunsets or start your day with a peaceful walk to the lake. Our cottage is the ideal spot for relaxation or exploration.

Peach Tree Guest Haus-Cottage

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

Shady Rapids River Retreat

Enjoy a laid back river retreat on the San Saba river in Menard, Texas. There is no WiFi! You will stay in a cozy two bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, dinning area, a living room and a relaxing back porch for peaceful mornings and evenings. This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!!

Cabin On The Rocks

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cabin which is centrally located in the heart of Texas. From the front porch of this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom cabin, abundant wildlife can be seen year-round. Located a short distance from Brady, this property offers paved access from the Brady Lake Road and includes a paved walking path for bird watching, as well as picturesque Texas sunsets. Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise during your stay.

The Heart of Texas House 🏡

Recently showcased in the Getaway section of the June ‘24 issue of Texas Highways Magazine! Relax with the whole family at the peaceful Heart of Texas house featuring a patio, a large yard for dogs, and no neighboring lots. A large park is located behind the house that offers a perimeter sidewalk for walking/jogging and a basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there are 2 large couches in the living room. All amenities are available to make your stay as close to home as possible!

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.

The Garner House (Unit A)

Centrally located and walking distance to the Mason downtown square: antique/vintage shopping, boutiques, Mason wineries, Micro-brewery, historic sites/museums and restaurants. This house has multiple units to accommodate small OR large groups and LOTS of parking in back for larger vehicles/trailers, etc. Also, we welcome well-behaved pets and families! Enjoy morning coffee or a happy hour drink from front or back porch (great views out back)!

Granite Lodge

A quaint suite in the heart of Mason. We are within walking distance of several tasting rooms, restaurants, and local shopping. This room includes high-speed internet, a smart TV, board games, wine glasses, Keurig, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Check out our sister property, Granite Lodge 2, right next door!

Llano River - Tiny House - Site 13

Cozy cabin on the banks of the Llano River at the Dos Rios RV Park. 1 queen sized bed, plus bunk loft. Cliffs, swimming holes, kayaking, fly fishing, and a bat cave are all in your back yard. Several other Airstreams and cabins are also available on the 19.3 acre river front property.

The Loft On The Square

This newly renovated 1,850 square foot loft offers a unique and stylish view of the Mason Square. Situated downtown on the second floor of a historic stone building, it harmoniously combines the hand-carved stone walls from 1884 with a modern, sophisticated, and comfortable aesthetic.
