Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. Originally the married mens quarters on the farm, fitting 2 married couples, this shack has been extensively renovated and modernised in to a comfortable getaway for a family or couple wanting a weekend or more away from it all, the shack is part of a historic old sheep farm in Western Victoria that is still operated by the family of the original squatter, an easy drive to the Grampians or the world renown 12 Apostles or just stay on the farm and have a look at a farming lifestyle.

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

St James Converted Church Miners Rest, Ballarat

This beautiful converted church is seeped in history. Circa 1859 this Gothic Revival church was originally the St James Presbyterian Church of Miners Rest before being lovingly converted into a beautiful accommodation. Located in Miners Rest just 15 mins from Ballarat CBD its the perfect place to access all that Ballarat and surrounding areas has to offer. A truely stylish and boutique accomodation with loaded with lots of extra luxuries.

t Boshuus - mud brick home amongst the trees

Our mud brick home, is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and is bordering on the Enfield State Forest. The 3 bedroom home is an ideal quiet and peaceful escape from urban life, featuring a wood heater, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry with a washing machine. Kangaroos often visit our backyard to feed on the grass. Lots of native birds can be spotted. We had a Tawny Frogmouth nest near the house and even a koala visit, recently.
