Watch Boats from the Terrace of a Rustic Penthouse

Watch the boats drift by from the balcony at a restored family home, tucked away in a quiet alley. Stroll to the marina for a romantic meal, or cozy up in the rustic space with its exposed beams and cool stone walls. Our old, fully restored family house is located on island Ciovo, within the centre of old town, five minutes walk from the Cathedral and the buzzing small island of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage cultural-historical site. You will enter the secluded large garden through small cobbled streets, so typical of this area. The spacious house spreads across five floors, hosting four large apartments belonging to our wider family. The outside staircase takes you to the entrance door, leading to the spacious penthouse apartment occupying the top two floors and a balcony with a beautiful view across the Trogir marina and old town centre. This house, in which a sense of time permeates everything, has been the family home of our ancestors for several centuries. It is a place where the stories of artists and scholars, diplomats and sailors, come together to create a unique ambiance which speaks of adventures of human spirit and inspire those who stay in it. Master bedroom adjoining the living room has a spacious King size bed, while the attic room has two separate single beds. Both bedrooms and the living room have independent air conditioning units. On request, we can add the fifth supplementary full-sized folding bed. Please let us know if you are arriving by car and we will take care that you have a hassle-free experience. Trogir Marina car park is located 2 minutes away. Trogir has several marinas and is therefore a popular starting destination for yachting holidays. There are several nice beaches within walking distance and plenty more can be reached by frequent boat rides to Okrug Gornji, Hotel Medena, or Blue Laguna on Drvenik island. Tonko is a wonderful host and will respond to all your queries promptly. After booking, you can contact Tonko via AirBnb messaging or his mobile whenever you need any assistance or have a question. Have a morning coffee at the nearby marina or walk across the bridge to bar Smokvica, just behind the cathedral. Restaurants worth trying include Bocel within Trogir Marina, Konoba Trs , Don Dino, and Tri Volta. Plentiful churches and a few museums add to the cultural mix. Split airport is just several kilometres away, with a local bus running every 20 minutes. Alternatively get a taxi or rent a car from plentiful agencies at the airport (best to book online in advance). There are local and intercity buses to Split, but they can be a bit of hit and miss. Alternative recommendation is to use the local boat line Trogir - Slatine - Split called Buraline which sets off from Ciovo side of Trogir, so it is close to the place you are staying. It takes around an hour to get to Split.

Luxury Apt Near Bačvice Beach & City Center

This means you can forget about missing any of the attractions awaiting you in Split. Bus station is 100 meters from the apartment and offers easy connection with whole city. Split has a great geographic location, so it is easy to make one-day trips. You have different possibilities, to visit islands by ferry or just take some of the touristic boats which are organizied as daily trips. It is possible to visit national park of river Krka (near Šibenik) or you can book rafting or canoeing in river Cetina (near Omiš). If you are interested in history of Split I definitely suggest taking a touristic guide, who will show you the most interesting parts of the Diocletian palace and tell you how locals live and think. Open the Terrace Doors to an Island View at an Airy Haven

Enjoy newly renovated apartment located just 700 m. walk from city center with a amazing view on the sea and the nearby islands. Apartment is in one level, there is no lot of stairs, its on the first floor of the building. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe and air-condition, opposite is a bathroom with shower. There is also spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. From living room you can reach second bedroom with separate beds and small bathroom. From double bedroom and living room you can access terrace with furniture where you can relax, dine and enjoy the view. The apartment is in nice position, walking distance from, center, nearest beach, restaurants, bars and markets. Hvar is a well preserve island with a unique vibe, where you can experience history and tradition, culture and have relaxing fun vocation. Guest will have access to the property private parking. Full privacy is guaranteed. We are available for questions before arrival through mail or phone. During the stay we respect your privacy but are more than happy to share tips on the island and things to do and see. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the center of picturesque Hvar with its restaurants and bars, and just ten minutes from the most beautiful beach on the island, Pokonji Dol. Although the mail spots are walking distance (beach, port, riva, city center, markets, restaurants, bars, clubs), it is convenient to rent a car to drive around the island to discover its well preserved villages and hidden beaches. Taxi is available near main square and there is also bus station.

Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Stroll to the Beach from the Blue Lagoon Apartment in Hvar

Wake up under a colorful jellyfish before heading through the light blue French doors onto the balcony with views of the sea and the island of Vis. The apartment has a bright white palette with colorful artwork and furnishings. The apartment is freshly renovated and is equipped with basic living equipment such as towels, sheets, blankets,hangers, toilet paper, shower gel,hand soap, hair dryer, first aid kit, microwave, dishes and pots,owen,toster and all the rest cooking equipment. As needed.We are relaxed people who respect privacy :) The apartment is close to the beach in Hvar. It’s a peaceful neighborhood at night. Without any additional costs....... Lift to the apartmant on the arrival and back to the centre on the leaving day are inclouded in the price,aswell as the daily fresh towels :)

My Croatian Capacious Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 10 people. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. There will always be guaranteed private parking spot 150 m away from your property. Most probably there will also be free parking spots in front of your property 😊

New and modern, 180 m2 flat is top floor penthouse of a modern house with large private roof terrace offering fantastic sea views over Hvar town.
